Job Description
Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor Neurodiagnostic Lab (EMU) to lead the technical operations of the neurodiagnostic laboratory, including day-to-day operations, equipment maintenance, and supervision of neurodiagnostic lab staff. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant work experience, an Associate's degree, and be a Registered EEG Technologist.

Requirements

  • Supervises the technical operation of the neurodiagnostic laboratory
  • Communicates with neurodiagnostic staff, hospital staff, and physicians
  • Performs complex neurodiagnostic procedures according to department protocols
  • Performs visual maintenance checks on equipment and reports malfunctions to vendors
  • Develops self and others, builds and maintains relationships, communicates effectively, serves others with compassion, solves complex problems, offers meaningful advice and support, performs excellent work, ensures continuous improvement, fulfills safety and regulatory requirements, demonstrates accountability, stewards organizational resources, makes data-driven decisions, generates new ideas, applies technology, and adapts to change
