Role OverviewThe Supervisor (Nights) is responsible for overseeing daily work activities of employees, coordinating schedules, and conducting reviews for new employees. They work with Plant Management to determine and administer accurate schedules and assure quality production in manufacturing throughout the production area.
What You Will Do
The Supervisor will direct and administer proper set-up of machinery, trouble shoot production problems, and maintain quality standards. They will also train new employees on proper procedures and work requirements.

Requirements
- Ability to create positive relationships with employees and management.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language.
- Ability to effectively present information to employees within the company.
- Capacity to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Ability to accurately complete basic production and employee related paperwork.
- Previous experience working with Rotational Molding equipment.
- Previous experience operating and setting-up machinery equipment.
- Previous supervisory experience and/or training.
