Role OverviewThe Supervisor of Fleet & Facilities Services oversees the repair, maintenance, and acquisition of Town vehicles and equipment, and manages the security, upkeep, and repair of all Department of Public Works facilities and satellite locations. This role requires strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance, property management, and database operations, as well as excellent budget management and analysis skills.

Key responsibilities include administering a comprehensive fleet management program, researching best practices and implementing new technologies, participating in long-range financial and capital planning, and supervising and training Fleet and Facilities Services staff.

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, or a related field
- Five to seven years of municipal public works experience, including at least three years in a supervisory role
