Under supervision, instruct and supervise Housing Caretakers responsible for cleaning and maintaining public housing projects in proper condition. Specific duties include making assignments, training, and checking performance, reporting move-ins and move-outs, handling tenant lockouts, and reporting hazardous conditions.

Requirements

  • 1 year of permanent service in the title of Housing Caretaker
  • Permanent civil service status in the title of Supervisor of Caretakers
  • Transfer eligibility: served a period of one year at current location and in current title and level
