Role Overview

The Supervisor of Human Resources Recruitment will support the agency's Human Resources functions, including personnel services, classification, recruitment, and civil service administration. The Supervisor will provide professional recruitment expertise and support in the design, development, and management of the BXDA HR recruitment process.

What You Will Do

Specific duties include proposing and implementing creative recruitment strategies, assisting in assessing staffing needs, coordinating recruitment and hiring activities, and supervising recruitment staff. The Supervisor will also oversee the recruitment tracker/database and provide regular updates and reports.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Four years of satisfactory, full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
  • 18 months of experience in an administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory capacity
  • Supervisory work in the supervision of staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty
