Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor of Staff, Licensed to join our compassionate community dedicated to providing exceptional mental health outcomes. As a Supervisor, you will have administrative oversight of our team, including financial, resource, and facilities management, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of medical record standards and case management services for consumers.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social work, Sociology, or a directly related field
  • LPC, LP, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required
  • 1+ years of experience working with psychiatric rehabilitation model
  • 2+ years of experience as a supervisor, general performance coaching, and cultivating a learning environment is preferred
