Job Description
Role Overview

The Supervisor will supervise the daily assignment workflows, review payroll funding requests, and approve payment requests documents. The role involves confirming net pay and escrow deductions Automated Clearing House (ACH) credit files, authorizing release of these files, and approving daily bank deposits into multiple City bank accounts. The Supervisor will also review Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) amounts, authorize and certify City agencies' payrolls, and analyze and write PFCAU processes and procedures.

The Supervisor will perform analytical/accounting tasks, respond to customer service inquiries, and analyze data to prepare statistical and narrative reports. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
