Role OverviewThe Quality Supervisor for Electrical Test Lab is responsible for leading all testing, inspection, and validation activities associated with high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) copper cable products. This role ensures that cable products meet customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality objectives through the execution of electrical, mechanical, and process validation testing.
What You Will Do
Manages the operation, training, and performance of maintenance on all Electrical Test equipment, leads a team of technicians and test operators, manages laboratory and production test equipment, ensures compliance with safety requirements, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality, efficiency, and reliability.
