Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Operations will oversee the workflow of the inbound or outbound departments, train and motivate team members, and ensure productivity and accuracy standards are maintained. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and collaboration skills. The Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and must be able to work outside in hot, cold, or wet conditions as required.

The Supervisor will plan and coordinate workflow, train and evaluate team members, and ensure productivity and accuracy standards are maintained. They will also develop team leaders, examine and standardize procedures, and review paperwork and daily assignments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant work experience
- One (1) to two (2) years of related supervisory experience and/or training required
- Prior experience working in a distribution environment is preferred
- Some experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
