Role OverviewThe Plant Electrical/Process Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of electrical team members, managing the life cycle of all support equipment and electrical resources, including execution of maintenance, process improvement and contracting with outside services. This role ensures the reliable and efficient operation of all electrical systems and support equipment within the plant.
What You Will Do
The supervisor will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and implement proactive improvement strategies to maximize production throughput, minimize downtime, and sustain high equipment availability.
