Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year in a meat industry environment
Prior supervisory experience preferred
High school diploma preferred
Education beyond high school including special training, vocational school and/or college courses is preferred
Basic computer skills helpful
Strong communication skills
Supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities
