Role OverviewSupervises and coordinates activities of production workers, determines work procedures, and prepares work schedules. Ensures employees have clear goals and responsibilities, and maintains attendance and production records.
What You Will Do
Determine work procedures, issue instructions, examine work for exactness, maintain records, and study procedures to improve efficiency. Work with Plant Manager to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to meet safety/housekeeping, quality, and production goals. Direct training and indoctrination of workers, and maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of manufacturing supervision experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
