Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Production is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and cost targets. This role oversees production schedules, manages workforce planning, ensures compliance with company policies, and develops team members to support efficient and safe operations.
What You Will Do
Understand Stratasys goals and manufacturing strategies to execute the production schedule in assigned production areas to meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly goals; ensure production procedures and policies are followed and quality standards are maintained; foster good communication and teamwork within production and with other departments.
