Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor at VulcanForms is responsible for overseeing daily operations, productivity, and staff in the assigned area. The successful candidate will help develop workforce requirements, process task times, and evaluate the performance of manufacturing production staff.
What You Will Do
Directly supervise and train manufacturing staff, lead and coach the team's growth, conduct daily standup meetings, prepare daily reports, and ensure all personnel have necessary materials and tools.
