Role OverviewThe Supervisor Provisioning will coach and develop Provisioning Agents, manage inventory, ensure Safety and compliance, and work closely with Leaders and station Teams to keep flights on time. This role requires a Supervisor Provisioning to grow as a Leader while making a big impact on Customer Experience and station performance every day.
What You Will Do
Determine that aircrafts are properly serviced and provisioned prior to departure, monitor the quality, quantity, and procurement of provisioning supply purchases, and oversee day-to-day airport operations to create a safe, secure, and legally compliant service-conscious environment.

Requirements
- Fully functioning, broad knowledge in Airline Operations and Provisioning
- Must be able to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge and meet all local airport requirements
- Must possess a current valid driver’s license issued in the United States
- May be required by Station Leadership to obtain a Customs Seal and meet all requirements to work on international flights
