Job Description
Quality Supervisor responsible for supervising Inspection Department employees and operations, performing inspections, and meeting with vendors and customers to discuss and resolve quality problems.

Requirements

  • Supervise all Inspection personnel and operations on shift
  • Assure that established policy, rules, regulations, and procedures are followed
  • Meets with vendors, customers, quality representatives, and company personnel to discuss and resolve quality problems as required
  • Prepares for and represents the company during all customer on-site audits
  • Suggests alternative methods and procedures for solving problems and meeting changing market opportunities
  • Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures
  • Assist On-Site Team Leader in reviewing and updating department standards
