Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for leading a team of Billing and Collections associates, supervising day-to-day activities, and ensuring team execution of billing, aging, collections, and adjustments of insurance claims.
What You Will Do
Submit clean claims to 3rd party insurance carriers, maximize collections, and minimize bad debt. Monitor the aging of specified plans, maintain proper claim scrubbing edits, and communicate updates with IT.
