Role OverviewThe Supervisor Recruiting Operations will guide a team of recruiters and recruiting support staff, while managing some of the most complex, business-critical hiring needs. The role requires a recruiting leader with deep talent acquisition expertise, ideally including experience with adverse action processes, individualized assessments, employee referral programs, immigration-related hiring, EEO compliance, diverse talent outreach, and more.
What You Will Do
The Supervisor Recruiting Operations will oversee training and development of employees, conduct safety audits and inspections, attend safety meetings, and ensure required training is successfully completed. The role also involves supervising a team of recruiters and recruiting support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
- One (1) year of experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or supervising employees, teams, projects, or programs
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes and partnering with hiring managers to fill professional, technical, skilled trades, and/or operational positions
- Demonstrated experience improving operational practices
- Knowledge of employment-related regulations and recruiting compliance requirements
- Experience handling sensitive or complex situations while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology platforms
- Ability to analyze recruiting data, identify trends, and recommend actions
