Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Relay Settings provides leadership for the engineering activities within Relay Settings, including technical relay settings and DFR configurations. The position supervises employees who prepare the system models, system studies, project scopes, relay settings, DFR configurations, and complete as-built documentation. The supervisor ensures that projects achieve stated objectives, are implemented in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards, meet established schedules and are completed within approved authorizations and budgets.
What You Will Do
The supervisor will provide direct supervision to an engineering staff of relay settings and DFR configuration personnel, including coaching, training, effective resource management, providing technical guidance and quality assurance. The supervisor will also evaluate the resource levels required for current and future workloads, assign company and contractor staff to accomplish effectively, and manage consultants.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of relay settings and DFR Configuration/SCADA practices, standards, procedures, and processes, as well as a thorough understanding of design, planning, project management, operations, and/or construction. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience with proven leadership capabilities
- Professional Engineering license desired (will vary state by state on requirements; higher management having PE could eliminate the need at lower level)
