Role OverviewSupervise, lead, and mentor hourly shipping team members. Support the Shipping Manager in training, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Prioritize workloads and assist in scheduling and performance assessments of hourly staff.
What You Will Do
Identify and implement process improvements using a continuous improvement mindset. Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field highly preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex data sets.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
