Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor Sous Chef to support kitchen operations, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, and lead food production staff in a positive and structured environment.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree
  • Current Food Handlers card
  • Three years' experience in a culinary environment with one year in a culinary supervisory position
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to push/pull 100 pounds
  • Ability to stand for several hours per day
