Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor Sous Chef to support kitchen operations, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, and lead food production staff in a positive and structured environment.
Requirements
Associates Degree
Current Food Handlers card
Three years' experience in a culinary environment with one year in a culinary supervisory position
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to push/pull 100 pounds
Ability to stand for several hours per day
