Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Station Administration is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative functions while fostering a culture of communication, safety, and performance. This role plays a key part in the tracking and follow-through of attendance discipline, training oversight, badging processes, and employee engagement, while serving as a mentor and resource to the station team.
What You Will Do
Oversee and optimize all aspects of station attendance, lead and facilitate attendance progressive discipline processes, conduct thorough investigations into attendance policy violations, provide leadership, guidance, and development to Admin Specialists, manage and support all badging and security processes, and prepare, analyze, and communicate reports on attendance.

Requirements
- 1 year of administrative or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other administrative tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
