Job Description
Manage and lead one to four Store Planners, with the design & development of store plans for new stores or capital projects in existing stores. Provide Store Operations with quantified data analysis on merchandise units, sales, and store specific capacity as requested. Present floor plan proposals and analysis to senior management for approval.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Space Planning using AutoCAD software
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects and/or people in a Store Planning related field
  • 4-year degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design related field or equivalent preferred
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Teams
  • Strong organizational skills and precise attention to detail
  • Effective communication with excellent follow up skills
  • Must have a keen understanding of construction practices and architectural standards
