Requirements

  • Manage regional student recruiters
  • Coordinate with MTC Job Corps Centers and DOL personnel
  • Establish plans and procedures for contract compliance and recruitment performance
  • Assist in selection, onboarding, and performance management of staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company and government recordkeeping requirements
  • Assist in process improvement and communication of Shared Services vision and processes
  • Support service level agreements and operational performance metrics
