Job Description
Valero is seeking a Supervisor Technical Training to supervise Technical Training staff and ensure facility training programs align with organization objectives. The successful candidate will have 8 years of training development experience and be willing to work on-site at the Valero Bill Greehey Refinery in Corpus Christi, TX.
Requirements
Supervise Technical Training staff
Identify technical training requirements
Collaborate with HR to support workforce development initiatives
Assist HR in identifying skill gaps and recommending targeted training solutions
Communicate with HR Manager/Director to identify and evaluate Key Performance Indicators
Develop, manage, and monitor training budgets
Ensure 100% compliance with all required training
