Job Description
Ready to join our team? We're looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our dynamic and inclusive company as a Supervisor, Tool & Die / Prototypes. In this role, you will supervise all aspects of both Tool & Die and Prototype/Specialty Instrument manufacturing across all shifts and mentor direct reports to further develop their skills.

Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience in medical device manufacturing with emphasis on tool & die, prototypes and instruments
  • Training and/or experience in GMP, GD&T, lean manufacturing, mainframe computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, and TeamCenter/NX CAD
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
