Role OverviewAssists with the training and supervision of track employees on an assigned territory. Inspects all assigned track, detects abnormalities, and determines the proper course of action for immediate correction or remedial action.
What You Will Do
Assumes responsibilities and duties of manager on alternate weekends and holidays, provides inspection record reports, assists with correspondence, and assists in planning and organizing work.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have FRA certification for track/bridge inspection, roadway worker in charge (RWIC) qualification, and knowledge of Norfolk Southern Safety and Operating Rules.
