Role OverviewThe Supervisor Trainee will partner with management and operations crew to learn supervising skills and maximize productivity. This entry-level position is for developing skills and growing in management and engineering careers.
What You Will Do
Supervise and train production employees, monitor equipment and facility, assist with production and maintenance, schedule trucking and production, review daily production records and quality, and enforce company policies.
