Job Description
The Supervisor Transportation is responsible for supervising the driver workforce and coordinating the daily operations necessary to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services to and from school as well as related activities.

Requirements

  • Plan and implement bus routes and resolves problems related to transportation of regular and/or special education students
  • Audit bus routes/bus schedules as well as changes to bus routes/ bus schedules and communicate changes to drivers, campuses, parents and students
  • Review and resolve parent and/or driver complaints related to bus transportation
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of all regular and special ed assigned personnel, minimizing overtime
  • Evaluate the performance of all direct-report personnel on a regular basis
  • Supervise compliance with Fort Bend ISD Policies & Procedures by action and speech
