Role OverviewThe Supervisory Attorney will supervise a team of paralegals and staff attorneys in the Immigrants & Workers' Rights Practice Group, providing direct services to clients in Cook County and throughout Illinois. The role requires travel for outreach and client meetings. The team works on employment, immigration, migrant farmworker, and human trafficking law.
What You Will Do
The Supervisory Attorney will maintain a caseload, supervise staff, conduct case reviews, and ensure compliance with case management systems. They will also engage in outreach, training, and advocacy to address systemic issues for farmworkers.

Requirements
- J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in Illinois or able to waive into the Illinois bar
- At least four years of experience in a farmworker program or other relevant experience
- Understanding of the unique vulnerabilities of agricultural workers
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Client counseling skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural situations
- Spanish fluency required
