Job Description
The Supervisory Sales Associate is the face of the company, responsible for assisting customers, leading the sales team, and maintaining a positive work environment. The role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and leadership abilities.

Requirements

  • Customer Service: Proactively engage and make a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to their needs.
  • Organization: Maintain store appearance, sales, and inventory.
  • Sales: Cross-selling products, knowing the store layout, and providing product knowledge to customers.
  • Inventory: Be the keeper of merchandise, complete all inventory processes, and ensure accurate ticketing.
  • Supervisory Requirements: Provide effective leadership, train, and motivate associates, and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Reasoning Ability: Multi-tasking, attending to customers, and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
