Role OverviewAs a Supervisory Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company to both the associates and our customers. You will be directly responsible for assisting customers and helping them recognize the need for our products and services. You will also be a team leader to the associates ensuring the work environment is positive and productive.

Proactively engage and make a connection with customers, provide premier customer service, maintain store appearance, cross-selling products, and learning product features.

Requirements
- Moderate level of knowledge of products/merchandise
- 1-2 years of Retail or relevant work experience required
- 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
