Role Overview

As a Supervisory Sales Associate, you will be the face of the company, assisting customers, and leading a team of sales associates. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive work environment, providing excellent customer service, and staying current on products and services.

What You Will Do

You will engage with customers, provide premier customer service, and make suggestions on products and promotions. You will also be responsible for maintaining store appearance, processing sales, and completing paperwork and reports.

Requirements

  • Product Knowledge
  • Moderate level of knowledge of products merchandise
  • 1-2 years of Retail or relevant work experience
  • 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read write and interpret instructional documents
  • Basic math functions such as addition subtraction multiplication and division
  • Ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios
