Role OverviewIn this dynamic role, you will work directly with our network of Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers, the sales teams, and our supply base to drive truck down performance and expedite orders for key customers and fleets. You will establish and manage relationships with our supply base, work diligently to get customer orders prioritized and shipped, and develop relationships with our regional sales teams and dealer network to establish trust and credibility.
What You Will Do
Manage supplier truck down and expedite performance, order processes, and customer service responsiveness. Work with supplier, dealer, and internal stakeholders to expedite critical orders. Prioritize supplier performance issues and develop action plans to address them.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will analyze data from multiple sources to identify part trends and opportunities to improve supplier performance, reduce truck down orders, and improve customer experience. You will report to PACCAR Parts executive leadership, customer service, and marketing management on supplier truck down and expedite performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1 Year of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as AS400
- Experience with Salesforce
