Role OverviewAs the Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that supplier raw materials, finished goods, and outsourced processes comply with engineering and product specifications, as well as quality/regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Purchasing, R&D, and Operations teams to develop and implement quality controls and procedures.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include providing quality engineering support to the purchasing team, managing supplier development and approval, and monitoring and reporting supplier-related metrics to ensure compliance with performance criteria.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years relevant industry experience in a supplier quality capacity, preferred
- Experience working across multiple business units preferably at a global scale
- Good communication skills
- Project management - ability to multiplex global projects
- Change management - leading changes locally and across the Consumables Group
- Strong business partnering skills and business acumen
- Exhibited track record of successful strategic cost-saving implementations
- Analytical, business finance capability
