Role OverviewSupport Quality strategies to achieve the targets aligned with Company goals and objectives. Review past performances, perform risk assessment versus company goals and objectives. Define key focus areas, measurables, targets and identify projects that will impact the achievement of SQM KPI's.
What You Will Do
Implement robust process controls in managing Suppliers to prevent defects from entering the shopfloor (scrap, NCC, blocked stocks) to achieve the profit target. Use and support the data system to collect and evaluate supplier quality related key performance indicators (KPI's) and issue periodical quality performance reports and ensure that appropriate improvement actions are initiated.

Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering
- 2 years experience in manufacturing quality
- Knowledge IATF 16949 quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and manufacturing-related software applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to work outside of traditional work hours
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
