Role OverviewContribute to Wenger Corporation's strategy to provide an exceptional customer experience by providing technical support in quality engineering around part inspection and metrology, control of non-conforming material, resolution of quality issues, and product team support.
What You Will Do
Perform data collection, statistical analysis, report generation, and supplier trip reports; represent the Quality Assurance department in Product Development Teams and Quality/Productivity Teams; maintain non-conforming material database entries and cost analysis for assigned suppliers.

Demonstrated knowledge of and skills in the use of inspection/measurement/test equipment/metrology, ability to read/interpret blueprints, math/statistical background with a strong numbers aptitude, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are required.
Requirements
- Technical degree in related areas (quality assurance, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or ASQC Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Minimum three plus (3+) years of quality assurance or related manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated knowledge of and skills in the use of inspection/measurement/test equipment/metrology
- Demonstrated ability to read/interpret blueprints
- Math/statistical background with a strong numbers aptitude
