Supplier Quality Engineer

Requirements

• Develop and implement supplier quality assurance strategies aligned with organizational quality systems.
• Lead the Supplier Quality Engineering team in executing quality initiatives.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and customer requirements.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes with suppliers.
• Review and approve supplier documentation, including First Article Inspections (FAI), PPAPs, and control plans.
• Monitor and report supplier performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during supplier selection and new product introductions.
• Maintain detailed records of supplier evaluations, audit findings, and performance.
