Role OverviewThe Global Commodity Lead provides strategic leadership across overhead systems, serving as the technical interface between Purchasing, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and the supply base. This role drives sourcing alignment, product and process readiness, and global quality strategy across the full commodity lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Lead global strategy and technical alignment for overhead systems, drive proactive risk identification and mitigation, establish and continuously improve supplier quality requirements, and lead global read-across and cross-program learning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred); equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or quality leadership roles
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and product development
- Proficiency in GD&T, validation methods, and statistical problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams and manage complex initiatives
- Strong communication, influence, and technical judgment
