Job Description
Supplier Quality Supervisor at West Shore Home responsible for leading testing protocols to ensure product performance, safety, and compliance, with a focus on construction materials such as flooring, windows, and doors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in testing or installing products such as LVP flooring, acrylic panels, shower pans, tub, toilets, sealants, adhesives, or waterproofing systems
  • Ability to use Measurement Test Equipment and Gages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using a structured approach (DMAIC, Six Sigma, FMEA, 5-why, etc.)
  • ISO 9001 lead auditor certification (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Geometric, Dimensional, and Tolerancing (preferred)
