Job Description
As a Supplier Quality Supervisor at West Shore Home, you will lead testing protocols to ensure the performance, safety, and compliance of home construction materials, with a focus on launching new products and suppliers with a Zero-Defect mindset.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
  • Expected to travel up to 40% per year
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in testing or installing products such as LVP flooring, acrylic panels, shower pans, tub, toilets, sealants, adhesives, or waterproofing systems
  • Must be able to use Measurement Test Equipment and Gages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using a structured approach (DMAIC, Six Sigma, FMEA, 5-why, etc.)
