Job Description
The Supplies & Logistics Coordinator provides critical logistical and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the immigration processing and custodial facility.

Requirements

  • Provide comprehensive logistical support to facility leadership and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and digital logs of inventory levels, equipment maintenance schedules, and supply orders
  • Perform data entry to track the movement of facility assets and ensure the accuracy of operational data
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and internal departments
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding facility layout, supply routes, and operational vulnerabilities
