Role Overview

A Supply Chain Analyst will develop and manage the execution of the production schedule as a result of line of balance output, taking into consideration the available capacity, material availability and program delivery commitments. The role involves communicating to leadership and program managers the manufacturing status, expected completion dates and production risk analysis based on internal and external supply.

What You Will Do

The Supply Chain Analyst will partner with procurement, production manager, quality, engineering, and program management to proactively plan, schedule, and effectively manage development, production, and aftermarket support environments. The role involves managing and owning the execution of items associated with their planner code, releasing internal jobs to the factory, releasing purchase requisitions, managing disruptions in the internal factory, and providing feedback to internal customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 or more years of moderately professionally related experience
  • MRP experience
  • CPIM certification
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and networking skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Prior MRP software experience
  • PowerPoint, MS Projects, EMatrix, Oracle ERP Software, PowerBI experience preferred
