Requirements

  • Act as an operations escalation point for logistics customer/seller service and billing issues.
  • Partner with internal teams and third party logistics providers to manage and resolve logistics service, billing, and platform-related discrepancies.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures to support process consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities to enhance service related project outcomes
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills.
