Job Description
The Supply Chain Associate 1 works as a part of Operation HQ to contribute in implementing ERP processes to increase efficiencies while ensuring Company’s Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) is properly followed.

Requirements

  • Troubleshoot ERP system issues that are reported by the branch
  • Test when new developments, patches, and software upgrades become available
  • Create and modify SOPs and other supporting documents
  • Maintain and keep the ERP Portal current
  • Train branch users by designing/conducting sessions
  • Attend scheduled meetings and actively share information
  • Support Operation HQ Managers in business process improvements
  • Collect information from branches and prepare data, reports, charts, and matrixes
  • Assist with internal and external auditors regarding Oracle system and operation procedures
