Role OverviewThis role supports strategic sourcing initiatives across a broad range of professional services categories, including consulting, advisory services, legal, audit, tax, HR and talent services, training and development, marketing and creative services, managed services, energy efficiency programs, emerging technology programs, and other business support services.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include supporting strategic category manager in achieving cost reductions, defining contracting optimization strategies, partnering with stakeholders to develop optimization strategies, leveraging technology to collect and analyze supplier spend data, analyzing supplier performance data, developing strategic plans for contracting and improving managed categories, and leading supplier selection and management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business administration, engineering, or related discipline, and 2+ years of related work experience. Project management experience is preferred, as is professional services sourcing experience.
