Role OverviewWe are looking for a Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator for our Westbury facility. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain. This role supports procurement, inventory management, logistics, production planning, and supplier communication to ensure products are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
What You Will Do
Coordinate the flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory replenishment planning. Create and track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules. Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
