Job Description
MCC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee all aspects of materials management, including production planning, purchasing, inventory control, receiving, and shipping. The ideal candidate has strong experience in supply chain operations, production planning, and logistics, with the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure efficient material flow from suppliers through manufacturing to final shipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or operations.
  • Strong background in production planning, purchasing, inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply planning and forecasting tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP), and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., AX, Shareville, Smartsheet). Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Leadership and Development: Proven experience in developing and guiding teams, particularly in manufacturing environment. Ability to work cross-functionally with production, sales, and finance teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time delivery performance, Inventory accuracy and inventory turns, Production schedule adherence, Supplier on-time delivery and quality performance, Freight and material cost control, Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
