Job Description
Supply Chain Manager based in Kingsport, Tennessee, responsible for supply planning, integrated tactical planning, and distribution planning for regional and global manufacturing locations. Leads a team and develops supply chain strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver desired business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Develops supply chain strategies aligned with business unit product line strategies
  • Leads the supply chain team and cross-functional teams to execute against strategy and deliver desired business outcomes
  • Selects, trains, and mentors other supply chain members
  • Manages the supply chain portion of large projects and resolves complex supply chain issues
  • Represents supply chain in new product introduction and commercialization process
  • Provides input to 3rd party service provider contracts and ensures cost optimization and satisfactory standards of service
  • Participates in cross-functional business enablement and allocation meetings, Segment Teams, and Product Leadership Teams
