Role OverviewThe Supply Chain Manager will lead and align the comprehensive supply chain function for an aerospace and defense manufacturing operation. This role will oversee strategic and tactical supply chain planning and execution from backlog order entry through customer delivery with a strong focus on quality, delivery, cost, supplier performance and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading supply chain strategy, planning, execution and continuous improvement, developing supplier strategies, managing procurement of materials and services, and overseeing inbound and outbound logistics and material flow.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of supply chain or related experience
- Aerospace manufacturing experience highly preferred
- 3+ years of ERP experience and S&OP experience
- ISM or APICS certification
- CPM, CSM, or CPSM certification
